We are now seeking a (Junior-) HR Specialist with strong interest in human resource processes and the joy to interact with people to support us on internal and international customer projects. 

Primary Responsibilities

As a (Junior-) HR Specialist you manage every kind of recruiting and talent acquisitions challenges of INKUBIT. You collaborate with our operational units to create appropriate job descriptions and identify potential candidates. For this purpose, you use modern recruiting techniques and processes to contribute a fundamental element to the future growth of the company. You are building up an INKUBIT specific talent network and manage it independently. In addition to that you act as a main contact for applicants and contractors regarding any processes that are connected to human resources. In the long run you will act as partner of the management to support and advise in any kind of questions regarding HR.

Required Skills

  • Initial experience from internships or professional environments with main focus on HRM, HR services and (IT) contracting
  • A keen perception in capturing HR requirement profiles and data
  • First experience in high volume recruiting or market researching
  • Creativity in the usage of modern media to communicate with applicants
  • High skills in communication, as well as the joy to interact with people and modern technologies
  • Eagerness to develop and shape a startup from the early stage
  • Very good English language skills

Desired Skills and Certifications

  • Higher education degree in IT or economics (preferably with the study focus on HR)
  • Certificates and trainings in HR
  • Strong interest in employee acquisition and building employee loyalty, preferably with initial successes in this area
  • German language skills (B2 or higher)
  • Polish language skills (B2 or higher)
