Senior Sales Specialist (m/f/d) – New Customers

 

Primary Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Specialist you will be acting as first point of contact for our prospects and customers, trying to generate leads and to identify new opportunities. Through different inbound- and outbound-channels you will engage with our customers, schedule system-demos with your contact persons and consult with them on the functionalities and usage of our systems. By building trust-based relationships, you manage the sales-cycle from A to Z. Due to your empathic but also convincing personality, you are able to win outstanding customers for our solutions. As an ideal candidate you will have first experience in Sales or Business Development within dynamic companies, but also gained first insights into inbound/outbound sales activities. As a plus, you can look back to a first rack-record in bringing in new customers, opportunities or leads. Further you love to work with people, you have solid analytical skills and you already got familiar with modern sales-strategies and approaches.

Required Skills

  • University degree in: Business Management, Sales Management, Computer Science, Software Development, IT Management or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales-oriented roles within dynamic companies
  • First track-record in acquiring new customers, finding business opportunities and generating leads
  • First experience with sales oriented KPIs
  • Already existing knowledge of sales cycles especially in the fields of customer acquisition, customer management, customer development (“Land and Expand”)
  • Ability create and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
  • Eager to work in multi-national / cross functional teams with international onsite experience being a plus
  • Willingness to travel (national and international)

Desired Skills and Certifications

  • Experience in dynamic and agile software companies with a focus on complex software projects a plus
  • Certifications for Sales Trainings a plus
  • Good English Skills mandatory
  • German or Polish-Skills a plus (native a big plus), any other language highly welcomed
