Your main tasks
As Senior Consultant in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) your main tasks are the sustainable consulting of our customers in the field of digital customer relationship processes. Primarily you are involved in the development and specification of technical and functional system requirements as well as in the analysis of existing business processes and the derivation of a valid solution concept. You will actively support our customers in all phases of a CRM project - from requirements analysis, creation of functional specifications, solution design, prototyping, testing and international rollout. In addition, you will also confidently conduct workshops and presentations for our customers. Furthermore, you will take responsibility for specialist topics and act as a coach for colleagues.
