Your main tasks

As Senior Consultant in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) your main tasks are the sustainable consulting of our customers in the field of digital customer relationship processes. Primarily you are involved in the development and specification of technical and functional system requirements as well as in the analysis of existing business processes and the derivation of a valid solution concept. You will actively support our customers in all phases of a CRM project - from requirements analysis, creation of functional specifications, solution design, prototyping, testing and international rollout. In addition, you will also confidently conduct workshops and presentations for our customers. Furthermore, you will take responsibility for specialist topics and act as a coach for colleagues. What we expect

  • University degree preferably in computer science, business informatics, economics or comparable
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 (at least one CE application such as Sales App, Customer Service, Marketing).
  • Good knowledge and an overall view of the Microsoft stack
  • Experience with Office 365 solutions
  • Experience with SQL, data modelling, data integration and reporting especially SSRS
  • Experience with web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Technical understanding and the ability to create functional & technical specifications
  • The ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements
  • Very good knowledge of German and English

Preferred skills & certificates

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certificates and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience in the development of unit and integration tests, as well as continuous integration
  • Operational project management experience
