Your main tasks
Would you like to work at the interface between administration and business, get to know the possible professional fields of a counsellor and gain practical knowledge?
One of your main tasks:
- You will be responsible for delivering high quality CRM projects and ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead the development of relevant project processes and documents, including project roadmaps
Work with PMO administrators to ensure projects are regularly and accurately billed
- Identify the needs for each project and the business resources required to implement CRM systems, clarify and define each client's strategy and objectives
- Plan and execute CRM implementation, provide regular progress reports to the client
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client's organisation, the business needs and challenges of each industry
- Lead project communications and best practices throughout the system implementation
- Ensure expectations are well established between the client and the business and maintained throughout the project
- Identify potential challenges to the project and communicate accordingly with the implementation team and the client, to mitigate risks to the project and ensure it is delivered on time and within budget as agreed
- Following PMO processes in completing agreed PMO documentation and making suggestions for improvement as appropriate.
- Provide weekly internal reports to senior management outlining the progress of ongoing projects.
