Recruiting Professional (m/f/d)

As our Recruiting Professional, you will make a significant contribution to our recruiting in terms of our international growth strategy and will be directly responsible for the needs of the business in terms of all staffing decisions in communication with your recruiting team and the company's top management. Our teams successfully help our clients implement consulting and digital transformation projects to increase organisational effectiveness and ensure our clients' future competitiveness and innovation.

As a Recruiting Professional, you will build a recruiting team with us that identifies the best candidates on the market for the various business areas and inspires them for INKUBIT. The demand comes from all business units from software engineering and consulting to administration, HR, sales and marketing and covers the entire demand for personnel across all teams of the company.

You will ensure that the quality of new hires is continuously improved in terms of soft skills, hard skills and character values of the candidates in order to achieve both the business goals and the talent agenda of INKUBIT.

In addition to hiring outstanding people, you will support key recruitment improvement projects that contribute to the continuous development of the strategy to attract the best people and within the overall recruitment process, co-leading projects that optimise the digital HR process in the company as well as recruitment marketing activities and campaigns (digital and offline).

Your main tasks

As a Recruiting Professional, you and your team are responsible for all recruiting and talent acquisition tasks at INKUBIT. Together with our operational units, you develop the necessary search profiles and identify the appropriate candidates. To do this, you use the latest IT technologies and processes in recruiting and make a fundamental contribution to the company's growth. You are responsible for building long-term candidate relationships and creating an extensive network of potential candidates (talent pool). Furthermore, you are responsible for the development of individual and target group-specific recruiting and sourcing strategies as well as the continuous optimisation of our recruiting and sourcing processes. You will drive the topic of social media reach via various social networks (LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) in the form of campaign planning and control as well as content distribution in order to increase the market awareness of potential candidates for INKUBIT. In cooperation with the marketing department, you will create and develop relevant recruiting marketing assets and be responsible for the distribution of these materials across all relevant channels (social media, website, online webinars & offline events).

  • Initial experience in recruitment across the entire life cycle from sourcing to hiring
  • High IT affinity in a business context and interest in learning modern technologies and technical skills
  • Quick comprehension of requirement profiles and data
  • Experience in high volume recruiting and market research
  • Openness to new ways of finding candidates
  • Very good English skills (C1)
  • Native in Polish, Russian or Ukrainian

Preferred skills & certificates

  • German language skills advantageous
