We are looking for an authentic and committed individual to join our sales team as an Account Executive. If you have high energy, excel at building customer trust and want to create real value for businesses through innovative technology solutions, then this is the job for you.

 

What you will do

As an Account Executive, you will be the driving force behind our sales growth. In your role, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle - from acquisition to closing - taking a consultative approach that prioritizes the customer's success.

Your tasks:

  • Customer acquisition: Identify potential customers, contact them by email, phone or LinkedIn and nurture a solid pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Relationship building: Act as a trustworthyr consultant, understand your clients' challenges and offer customized solutions that lead to real results.
  • Demonstrate excellence: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, negotiate win-win agreements and ensure a seamless transition after the sale.
  • Teamwork and innovation: Work closely with Sales Representatives and Marketing to refine acquisition strategies and add value through teamwork and creativity.

 

What you bring with you

  • Experience: Proven success in senior level sales with extensive experience in managing full sales cycles.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Language skills: German (fluent/native) and English (business fluent) to move effortlessly in an international environment.
  • Mindset: A positive, open-minded attitude with a desire to constantly learn and grow.
