OVERVIEW

AI agents are no longer just a topic for the future. What matters is their practical implementation.

AI agents are currently a hot topic everywhere. Their potential is well known, the tools are available, and expectations are high. In practice, however, they are often not put to productive use.

Many companies have concrete ideas and identified use cases. What is often missing is a clear path from the idea to Solution that actually works Solution everyday practice.

The "AI Agent in a Day" workshop for service and knowledge-based companies is designed to address exactly this need. It’s not about talking about AI agents or discussing possibilities. The goal is to build, test, and iteratively refine your own AI agents based on real-world use cases— in a structured, hands-on format, all in a single day.

Implementing Real-World Use Cases for AI Agent Prototypes

Develop concrete, hands-on scenarios instead of abstract examples

A clear process focused on delivering real value in day-to-day work

USE CASES

Use cases to choose from – implemented in a focused manner during the workshop

After registering, please rank the available use cases in order of priority. Workshop groups will be formed based on your responses.

On the day of the workshop, you will work in a group on a specific agent, build the basic framework using Microsoft Copilot Studio, and adapt the agent step by step to your own daily work routine.

The result isn't just an abstract demo example, but a practical agent that you can understand, test, and further develop.

Project Management Agent

Extracts tasks, status updates, and next steps from meetings, transcripts, and project communications. Helps teams organize project information more quickly and keep track of open items.

Project information is generated in many different places—in meetings, chats, to-do lists, or project tools. As a result, important information gets lost, tasks are duplicated, or next steps have to be painstakingly pieced together.

In this workshop, you'll develop an AI assistant that consolidates project information and supports you in your day-to-day project work. Among other things, the agent will help you:

  • Consolidate information from Teams, Planner, or other project management solutions
  • To record, update, and track tasks in a structured manner
  • Automatically convert meetings and notes into specific next steps
  • Summarize project statuses and changes in a clear and concise manner
  • to provide relevant information in context

With Microsoft Copilot Studio, you can develop your own project management agent step by step and enhance it with additional integrations and custom features depending on your use case.

In the end, you'll walk away with a ready-to-use prototype that simplifies your project work, makes information more readily accessible, and serves as the foundation for further automation.

Particularly suitable for: project managers, PMOs, team leads, and project teams.

Secretary

Helps with calendar planning, email sorting, and filtering relevant mentions in Teams. This makes important information easier to find and helps keep your daily work more organized.

In day-to-day work, information is scattered across emails, calendars, Teams chats, and SharePoint. Appointments must be coordinated, documents created, and information repeatedly gathered manually. This creates unnecessary administrative work, especially when dealing with many tasks at the same time.

In this workshop, you'll develop an AI assistant that helps you with typical administrative tasks in your day-to-day work with Microsoft 365. Among other things, the agent will help you:

  • Summarizing emails and highlighting important information
  • Managing Appointments and Calendars Efficiently
  • Automatically creating and distributing documents
  • Find information from Teams and SharePoint more quickly
  • to reliably automate recurring processes involving approvals

Along the way, you'll develop your own agent step by step using Microsoft Copilot Studio and enhance it with custom features that fit your daily workflows.

In the end, you'll walk away with a ready-to-use prototype that reduces administrative tasks, makes information available more quickly, and facilitates collaboration in Microsoft 365.

Particularly suitable for: assistants, team leads, project managers, and all employees who work with Microsoft 365 on a daily basis.

Lead and Opportunity Qualification Agent

Helps you capture leads and opportunities faster, gather relevant information, and simplify your work with Dynamics 365 Sales using natural language.

Sales representatives often spend a lot of time researching leads, maintaining CRM data, or manually compiling information. At the same time, demands for data quality, traceability, and fast response times are increasing.

In this workshop, you'll develop an AI assistant that supports you in your day-to-day sales work directly within Dynamics 365. Among other things, the agent will help you:

  • Find and update leads and sales opportunities more quickly
  • Make it easier to create new leads
  • review and supplement existing information
  • Providing CRM Data in a Structured Format
  • Automating Routine Sales Tasks

With Microsoft Copilot Studio, you can develop, step by step, an agent that works with Dynamics 365 and can be flexibly expanded to include additional features—such as lead generation from emails or your company’s custom processes.

In the end, you'll walk away with a ready-to-use prototype that streamlines sales processes, improves data quality, and supports your sales team in their day-to-day work.

Particularly suitable for: Sales, Account Management, and Dynamics 365 users.

Account Intelligence & Upsell Agent

Analyzes customer information, products, services, and communications to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, including white space analysis, meeting preparation, and an upselling plan.

In many companies, important information about customers, existing services, and past communications is scattered across various systems. As a result, cross-selling and upselling opportunities often go undiscovered or are identified only very late.

In this workshop, you will develop an AI assistant that analyzes existing information and identifies new business opportunities. Among other things, the agent will help you:

  • to clearly present existing customer relationships
  • to identify untapped potential and appropriate additional services
  • Highlighting the connections between products and services
  • Preparing for Client Meetings in a Targeted Manner
  • to derive specific recommendations for future sales activities

In doing so, the agent takes into account not only customer data and communications but also the company’s own product and service portfolio. This allows the agent to identify which services are already being used, where gaps exist, and which additional offerings would be a good fit for the customer’s profile.

By the end, you'll walk away with a ready-to-use prototype that reveals hidden revenue potential, makes it easier to prepare for customer meetings, and supports data-driven sales decisions.

Particularly suitable for: Sales, Account Management, and Customer Service.

Target audience

Who is this workshop intended for?

This workshop is designed for service and knowledge-based companies that want to not only understand AI agents but also put them to practical use. The focus is on practical implementation based on real-world use cases—not theory, not tool demos, and not lectures that yield no results.

The " AI Agent in a Day" workshop is deliberately designed to be hands-on. All participants actively engage in the process, contribute their own questions, and build a concrete AI agent with real-world applications during the workshop.

If you want to be able to say at the end of the day, “We’ve built something we can keep using,” you’ve come to the right place.

Suitable for:

Specialists and managers in sales, marketing, operations, or project management

Project- and knowledge-driven companies with clear use cases for AI agents

Teams that want to build AI agents based on real-world workflows

Participants who want to work on a specific agent during the workshop

Not suitable for:

People who expect only a theoretical introduction

Participants who have no connection to the use cases or their own decision-making frameworks

Audience members who expect purely technical demos with no practical relevance to everyday life

Companies that just want to "take a look" at AI without implementing it

* No prior technical knowledge is required. What matters most is having a specific use case and being willing to actively participate.

The important thing is that you understand your specific use case and are willing to actively participate. Our experts will guide you step by step through the process of building your AI agent.

Yes. The workshop is designed to be entirely hands-on.
You will develop your own AI agent, working together with your group and with active support from our AI team. This is not a demo or a theoretical exercise, but a practical implementation.

To some extent. During the workshop, you will work on an assigned use case selected based on the prior prioritization. You are welcome to bring your own ideas, requirements, or examples that fit within this context. Over the course of the workshop, the agent will be customized step by step and tailored more closely to typical tasks from your daily work.

The agents are built using Microsoft Copilot Studio and are primarily designed for use with Microsoft-based tools and data sources. Depending on the use case, these may include Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 Sales, Planner, or Azure DevOps.

Each participant works intensively on a use case within a fixed working group. This keeps the workshop focused and results not only in a concept but also in an initial AI agent with practical applications.
