Your Role as Management Assistant to the CEO<\/strong>
\nAs the Management Assistant, you will directly support the CEO in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. This flexible, part-time role (approx. 15 hours\/week) is remote-friendly and offers a dynamic opportunity to work on diverse tasks that make a real impact on our organization. <\/p>\n

What You’ll Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Email & Communication Support:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Manage the CEO’s inbox, prioritize and respond to emails, and ensure timely follow-ups.<\/li>\n
    • Draft and proofread high-quality communications for internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n
    • Act as a liaison between the CEO and team members or partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Calendar & Meeting Management:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Organize the CEO’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and manage time zones efficiently.<\/li>\n
      • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up notes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Administrative Support:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Maintain accurate data in Dynamics 365, ensuring up-to-date information.<\/li>\n
        • Create presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.<\/li>\n
        • Organize and maintain templates, guides, and key resources for easy access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Ad-Hoc Tasks:<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Assist with light research, task tracking, and miscellaneous requests.<\/li>\n
          • Collaborate with various departments to support cross-functional projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              • Proficient in AI tools and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus.<\/li>\n
              • Languages:<\/strong> Native German speaker with excellent English (C1-C2).<\/li>\n
