While employee engagement, employee experience, and well-being measures have led to the highest levels of job satisfaction in the U.S. over the past 36 years, in most cases this has had no impact on employee productivity. <\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Productivity growth in the UK and euro area is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/en\/data\/indicators\/labour-productivity-forecast.html\">the lowest in 17 years<\/a>, while it is better in the US. The increase in productivity is mainly due to more efficient production processes. <\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The low <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conference-board.org\/pdfdownload.cfm?masterProductID=46114\">productivity gains<\/a> are mainly due to more efficient production processes.
