Our client, an IT consulting firm specializing in optimizing SAP investments and business intelligence, was faced with a challenging task: the HR department did not have an integrated solution to efficiently manage employee data. This situation led to complications and inefficient processes that hindered the company’s growth. In a business environment where time and resources are precious, it was imperative for the client to digitize and simplify their HR processes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

      Project implementation: The strategy for the solution<\/span><\/span><\/h2>

      Our team took a strategic approach to overcome the challenges:<\/p>\n

      First, the technical infrastructure for the solution was set up. Best practice sessions were organized to familiarize the customer with the standard features of the solution. Requirements workshops were then held to determine the specific needs for the recruiting portal. After the successful acceptance of the customer, the implementation began, with communication mainly taking place via e-mail and Microsoft Teams. As part of this, the recruiting portal was technically set up and gradually adapted to the requirements. Now the integration of the portal into the company website has been completed and successfully completed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Applications that were previously processed manually and time-consuming are now seamlessly transferred to the system. This increase in efficiency enabled the HR team to focus more on strategic HR tasks, creating measurable value for the business. <\/p>\n

      Vacation management has also been significantly simplified and made more transparent by the new system. Employees can now easily request their vacation days, while management has a clear overview of availability at all times. This not only increased employee satisfaction, but also improved planning and control security in the company. <\/p>\n

      The introduction of the digital personnel file and its connection to document management via SharePoint has sustainably increased efficiency throughout the company. All relevant documents are available centrally, which has significantly reduced the amount of paper required and significantly simplified document management.
