However, as the complexity of the projects increased, the number of planning locations increased, and the volume of data grew, the existing BI infrastructure reached its limits. Long loading times, unstable data flows and a high level of dependence on IT made it difficult for the specialist departments to make well-founded decisions. The goal was therefore to build a modern, scalable data platform that meets current requirements \u2013 and at the same time lays the foundation for AI-supported analyses and future-proof processes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

The challenge \u2013 making data usable in near real time<\/span><\/span><\/h2>

ATP had reached its limits with the previous Microsoft Power BI<\/a> infrastructure \u2013 both technically and organizationally. Analyses took too long, reports could only be updated with great effort, and IT was increasingly a bottleneck. The requirements were clear: higher speed, better data quality, less manual intervention \u2013 and a system that would grow with the company in the long term. <\/p>\n

The focus was on a coaching and empowerment approach that would enable the ATP IT department to take on as many tasks as possible independently.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

The Solution \u2013 Structure, Scale, and Self-Service<\/span><\/span><\/h2>

Together with INKUBIT, ATP fundamentally modernized its BI infrastructure:
