gkv informatik<\/a>, a leading IT service provider in the field of statutory health insurance, meets the challenges of a dynamic healthcare market and focuses on tailor-made solutions for its customers. As part of a large-scale restructuring project “Personnel & Organisation”, INKUBIT supported gkv informatik over a period of three years. The aim was to efficiently support the teams in adapting their structure and processes through sound project management and organizational expertise.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

From process optimisation to the support of negotiations, he was involved in a wide range of tasks and ensured the smooth cooperation of all parties involved, while all set milestones were achieved.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
