For this reason, EK Group chose a partner who had the necessary technical know-how and understood EK Group&#8217;s specific requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><h2 class=\"w-text us_custom_5c7fb82a has_text_color\"><span class=\"w-text-h\"><span class=\"w-text-value\">The Challenge &#8211; Data Management and Commission Calculation<\/span><\/span><\/h2><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EK Group&#8217;s requirements were complex and multi-layered. The aim was to develop a solution that was not only technically sophisticated, but also optimized the business processes and made them future-proof. These included:    <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Mapping of the business model<\/strong>: The aim was to map the entire business model of the purchasing cooperation, including the complex communication with the network partners. This included the ability to efficiently process and display large amounts of data. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Integration into self-service web portal<\/strong>: A solution had to be developed to efficiently transfer the bonus-relevant data of the network partners and to enable self-administration by the members. This required a user-friendly, secure and easily accessible platform.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Automated communication and notification<\/strong>: Implementing automated communication and notification for all relevant communication events was crucial to optimize the flow of information and increase the efficiency of internal communication.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Extended relationship <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>functionalities:<\/strong> In order to ensure process reliability and relationship management across the entire value chain, extended <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">extended relationship <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">functionalities had to be introduced. This should increase the stability and reliability of business processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To meet these challenges, EK Group needed a tailor-made solution that covered all aspects of its business model while being flexible and future-proof.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><h2 class=\"w-text us_custom_5c7fb82a has_text_color\"><span class=\"w-text-h\"><span class=\"w-text-value\">The Solution &#8211; Automation and Data Synchronization<\/span><\/span><\/h2><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To meet these diverse requirements, we developed a tailor-made solution based on a combination of advanced technologies and proven methods.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our solution consisted of several central components that together formed a comprehensive and flexible platform.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Central CRM system:<\/strong> We implemented <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inkubit.com\/loesungen\/microsoft-dynamics-365\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dynamics CRM<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inkubit.com\/loesungen\/microsoft-dynamics-365\/microsoft-dynamics-365-sales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dynamics Sales<\/a> Enterprise to map and centrally manage the entire purchasing and relationship management process of the EK Group. The systems enable efficient coordination and monitoring of all relevant processes, thus increasing transparency and control. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Web Portal Integration:<\/strong> A key part of the solution was the development and integration of a self-service web portal. This portal enabled the members of the purchasing cooperative to upload bonus-relevant data and retrieve relevant information such as bonuses and purchases. The user-friendly interface and secure data processing have made it much easier for members to use.  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Automated data exchange:<\/strong> By synchronizing the web application with a MySQL database and integrating APIs, we ensured efficient and smooth data exchange. This optimized the flow of information between the different systems and ensured high data integrity, which was critical to the reliability of the solution.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Office 365 integration:<\/strong> The use of Office 365, including Teams and Outlook, enabled automated communication and notification, which greatly improved the distribution of information within EK Group. This facilitated collaboration and increased the efficiency of internal communication processes.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Process reliability and relationship management:<\/strong> The introduction of Extended Relationship functionalities ensured process reliability along the entire value chain. This increased the reliability of business processes and minimized potential risks, which is crucial for the long-term stability of EK Group. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through this comprehensive and integrated solution, we were able to ensure that EK Group could make its business processes efficient and future-proof, resulting in a significant improvement in overall operational efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-iconbox iconpos_top style_default color_primary align_left no_text no_title\"><div class=\"w-iconbox-icon\" style=\"font-size:2rem;\"><i class=\"fas fa-quote-left\"><\/i><\/div><div class=\"w-iconbox-meta\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_747c6124\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>By working with INKUBIT and introducing Dynamics 365 CRM, we were able to significantly optimize our communication processes. This includes, among other things, the recruitment of members and relationship development, which ensures efficient and transparent management of business processes. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Complete Cloud Deployment:<\/strong> By deploying the entire application in the cloud, scalability and accessibility were improved. This allowed EK Group to react flexibly to changes and increasing requirements without having to make large investments in additional IT infrastructure. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Increased process reliability:<\/strong> The expanded relationship management and improved process reliability strengthened members&#8217; trust in the organization and improved long-term stability. The comprehensive process reliability enabled the EK Group to concentrate on its core tasks and drive innovation.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Automated communication<\/strong>: The integration of Office 365 enabled more efficient information distribution and significantly improved internal communication.
