Jazz Pharmaceuticals<\/a>, a global biopharmaceutical company, is dedicated to providing life-changing medicines to people with limited treatment options. However, with the growing complexity of HR management, Jazz Pharmaceuticals faced significant challenges. By implementing the HR Analytics Accelerator<\/a> as well as Power BI<\/a> , Jazz Pharmaceuticals was able to streamline its data-driven workforce decisions and make them more efficient. The Challenge – Reduce Complexity & Gain Insights<\/span><\/span><\/h2>

Jazz Pharmaceuticals recognized the need to base its people decisions on a sound, data-driven basis in order to further advance its ambitious goals. The challenges were in particular not being able to process data from the HR systems consistently and not being able to view historical changes.
