This is the only way to <\/span> make <b>business processes agile and responsive<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In an industry in which every increase in efficiency contributes directly to the company&#8217;s success, it was therefore essential for VTG to make <strong>well-founded strategic decisions<\/strong> based on solid data. Previous approaches to data preparation and visualization proved to be time-consuming and resource-intensive, without providing the desired added value. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><h2 class=\"w-text us_custom_5c7fb82a has_text_color\"><span class=\"w-text-h\"><span class=\"w-text-value\">The Challenge &#8211; Increased Data Transparency<\/span><\/span><\/h2><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VTG faced a number of demanding technical and business challenges that had to be taken into account when developing an HR solution.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Visualization:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> VTG needed a solution that would make it possible to visualize complex HR data at all levels of the company. The visualizations should be designed to present the underlying data in an easy-to-understand HR management report.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Integration with Power BI:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> A key technical requirement was seamless integration with Power BI to ensure compatibility with VTG&#8217;s existing data management ecosystem.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ease of use<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: The system had to be user-friendly to ensure that VTG&#8217;s HR team could use it effectively. In addition, the solution had to be highly customizable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Decision-making:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> VTG attached great importance to an HR solution that enables data-based decisions in personnel management. Decision-makers should be able to plan and act based on real-time data.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Efficiency:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The previously manually intensive processes of data preparation and analysis were to be automated in order to increase efficiency and save time.
