The arduous hours of data analysis and the challenge of filtering out the right candidates from a flood of information can be overwhelming.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/advergy.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advergy,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a company specializing in recruitment, was faced with this challenge to not only optimize resume <strong>processing,<\/strong> but also to fully <strong>digitize<\/strong> <strong>sales, contract and applicant management,<\/strong> and accounting. <\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The manual processing of resumes, the time-consuming creation of quotations and error-prone contract management required an innovative, technology-based solution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> That&#8217;s why Advergy was looking for an advanced solution to automate their operations that would transform the <strong>process<\/strong><\/span><b> <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> while<\/span><b> improving the efficiency of candidate selection<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> .<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><h2 class=\"w-text us_custom_5c7fb82a has_text_color\"><span class=\"w-text-h\"><span class=\"w-text-value\">The Challenge &#8211; Automating Operations<\/span><\/span><\/h2><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manually entering and editing information into the Dynamics 365 system, especially when entering new resumes, was particularly time-consuming and error-prone. With up to <\/span><b>30 minutes of manual work per resume<\/b>, <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> this process hindered the rapid response to market demands and affected Advergy&#8217;s competitiveness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This resulted in several challenges for the company:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Time-consuming data entry:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Manually processing more than 500 resumes per month not only overwhelmed the team, but also made the entire application process inefficient.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Efficiency bottleneck: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The time-consuming manual processes were in direct contradiction to the requirements of an agile market and weakened Advergy&#8217;s competitive position.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Quality risk: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every manual entry carried the risk of errors and inconsistencies that compromised the integrity of the database and made it difficult to make informed decisions in the recruitment process.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faced with these challenges, it was crucial for Advergy to find a solution that would not only increase efficiency, but also ensure data quality in order to compete.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><h2 class=\"w-text us_custom_5c7fb82a has_text_color\"><span class=\"w-text-h\"><span class=\"w-text-value\">The Solution &#8211; Automation with Azure OpenAI &amp; Dynamics 365<\/span><\/span><\/h2><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To address these challenges, we developed a comprehensive plan for <\/span><b>automation along the entire value chain<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inkubit.com\/en\/microsoft-azure\/azure-ai-and-machine-learning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Azure OpenAI<\/a> and integration with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inkubit.com\/loesungen\/microsoft-dynamics-365\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dynamics 365<\/a>. <\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digitization extended to sales, contract, applicant and invoice management. By automating resume editing, the <strong>processing time per resume has also been reduced from 30 minutes to approximately 90 seconds.<\/strong> This solution <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">allowed for a final review by employees in just 5 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By digitizing along the entire value chain, Advergy has been able to save more than <strong>3,000<\/strong><\/span><b>hours of manual work per month<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, allowing employees to use their time more strategically.
