Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant (m/f/d)

Primary Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) your main tasks are the sustainable consulting of our customers in the field of digital customer relationship processes. You will primarily be responsible for the following activities:

  • Development and specification of technical and functional system requirements
  • Analysis of existing business processes and derivation of a valid solution concept
  • Customer-specific further development of system functionalities and implementation of change requests
  • Setup and integration of interfaces to third-party systems such as ERP systems
  • Customer-specific project management
  • Internal, customer-specific requirements management for special development services
  • Proactive recognition of new customer requirements as well as sustainable consulting of customers regarding new releases, updates and functionalities
  • Planning and execution of customer workshops
  • Assuming responsibility for specialist topics and acting as a coach for colleagues

Required Skills

  • University degree, preferably in computer science, business informatics, economics or comparable fields
  • 3 years’ experience in MS Dynamics CRM 2013 or higher
  • Good knowledge and a general overview of the Microsoft Stack
  • Experience with Office 365 solutions
  • Experience with SQL, data modeling, data integration and reporting, especially SSRS
  • Experience with web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Technical understanding and the ability to create functional & technical specifications in order to understand and evaluate business processes
  • A fluent command of spoken and written business English

Desired Skills and Certifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certificates and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience in the development of unit and integration tests, as well as Continuous Integration
