Account Manager (m/f/d) – Solution Sales


Primary Responsibilities

Having hands-on day to day interaction with our customers, you consult with our customers how to grow their business. As a single point of contact you identify potential needs and translate them into commercial opportunities. Being responsible for new and existing accounts, you actively manage your opportunities which include Pre-Sales activities, solution presentations, contract negotiations and deal closing. By focusing on our “trusted advisor approach” you initiate cross and upselling activities and continuously grow your customer and revenue base. Building long term relations and delivering outstanding customer service, you get your customers and its people enthusiastic about us and our solutions. As an ideal candidate you will have first experience in Sales and Account Management within challenging and complex markets. You can also look back to a first track-record in sales, especially in finding and on-boarding new customers. Further you love to work with people, you have solid analytical skills and are used to work with modern sales techniques and methods.

Required Skills

  • University degree in: Business Management, Sales Management, Computer Science, Software Development, IT Management or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in client facing sales roles: Account Management, Business Development, Key Account Management with focus on complex solution portfolios
  • First track-record in sales and quota management
  • Good knowledge of sales processes, funnel management and account management strategies: Lead Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Development etc
  • Ability to translate strategic sales approaches into commercial results
  • Ability to plan, modifier, realize and implement IT-solutions
  • Eager to work in multi-national / cross functional teams with international onsite experience being a plus
  • Willingness to travel (national and international)

Desired Skills and Certifications

  • Experience in dynamic and agile software companies with a focus on complex software projects a plus
  • Ability to manage a customer portfolio independently
  • Certifications for Sales Trainings a plus
  • Good English Skills mandatory
  • German or Polish-Skills a plus, any other language highly welcomed
