Anyone who has ever sifted through hundreds of CVs manually knows the strain of this daily routine. The tedious hours of data analysis and the challenge of filtering out the right candidates from a flood of information can be overwhelming. 

Advergy, a company specializing in recruitment, was faced with the challenge of optimizing the processing of CVs, and also completely digitizing sales, contract and applicant management and accounting .

The manual processing of CVs, the time-consuming preparation of offers and the error-prone contract management required an innovative, technology-based Solution.

That's why Advergy was looking for an advanced solution to automate their operations that would transform and at the same time improve the efficiency of candidate selection

The challenge - automation of operating processes

Manually entering and editing information in the Dynamics 365 system, especially when entering new CVs, was particularly time-consuming and error-prone. With up to 30 minutes of manual work per CV this process hindered Advergy's ability to respond quickly to market demands and impaired its competitiveness.

This resulted in several challenges for the company:

  • Time-consuming data entry: Manually processing more than 500 CVs per month overwhelmed the team, and also made the entire application process inefficient.
  • Efficiency bottleneck: The time-consuming manual processes were in direct contradiction to the requirements of an agile market and weakened Advergy's competitive position.
  • Quality risk: Every manual entry carried the risk of errors and inconsistencies, which jeopardized the integrity of the database and made it difficult to make sound decisions in the recruitment process.

Faced with these challenges, it was crucial for Advergy to find a Solution that not only increased efficiency but also ensured data quality in order to remain competitive.

The Solution - Automation with Azure OpenAI & Dynamics 365

To overcome these challenges, we have developed a comprehensive plan for automation along the entire value chain with Azure OpenAI and integration with Dynamics 365.

Digitization extended to sales, contract, applicant and invoice management. By automating the processing of CVs, it was also possible to reduce the processing time per CV from 30 minutes to around 90 seconds. This Solution enabled a final review by employees in just 5 minutes.

Digitalization along the entire value chain has enabled Advergy to save more than 300 hours of manual work per monthso that employees can use their time more strategically. This hasignificantly reduced costsbut alsominimized the risk of human error.

In addition, the accuracy and standardization of the applicant profiles were improved, which in turn increased thescalability and competitiveness.

The positive influence of automation on employee satisfaction was also a decisive factor. By relieving employees of repetitive tasks, they had more freedom for creative and strategic thinking.

This in turn opened the doors for innovative ideas and approaches in other areas of the company, including sales and marketing, creating the basis for continuous innovation and adaptability.
