The challenge - Inefficient marketing and sales

The sales and marketing teams faced major challenges that prevented them from responding quickly to the global market and impaired internal processes. 

One of the central problems was the manual processing of sales leadswhich was made even more difficult by the lack of integration of the marketing tools. This impaired efficient lead generation and qualification.

We were able to optimize sales with Dynamics 365 Customer Insight whileautomating and centralizing all marketing processes .
