Your main tasks

As a Senior Dynamics 365 HR Management Consultant, you will manage our current HR system. Your responsibilities as an HR Management Consultant will include managing activities such as workplace design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development and talent management.
The HR Management Consultant role is important to the success of the company. What we expect

  • At least three years of relevant experience in human resources, including consulting experience
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills and management courage
  • Proven ability to advise on and implement organisational change using a change management framework
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, creative problem solving, judgement and objectivity, negotiation skills, influencing and strategic decision making.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of independence and show a high degree of humility, initiative, influence and judgement.
  • Proven experience as a consultant to managers in all areas of human resources.

Preferred skills & certificates

  • Completed university degree or equivalent.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse audiences Ability to use emotional intelligence and understand group dynamics.
  • Mastery of business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HR information and applicant tracking systems.
  • Previous experience in marketing and branding.
