Your main tasks

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Sales to support our customers in the design, implementation, and further development of modern sales platforms. In this role, you will combine technical consulting, solution design, and sales responsibility.

  • Advising our customers on the digital transformation of sales and CRM processes based on Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Analysis of business requirements and development of customized D365 Sales solutions
  • Management of strategic consulting mandates for the introduction of cloud technologies, in particular Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, translating customer-specific requirements into scalable, value-adding solutions
  • Pre-sales support
  • Support for implementation projects throughout the entire project life cycle

What we expect

  • Several years of professional experience as a consultant in the field of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
  • In-depth knowledge of the design and implementation of CRM solutions
  • Experience throughout the entire project lifecycle (requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, go-live)
  • Ideally, experience in pre-sales
  • Experience in customer service
  • Analytical mindset, structured approach to work, and strong communication skills
  • Enjoy working with customers and interdisciplinary teams

Preferred skills & certificates

  • Experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights is an advantage
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g. , PL-200, MB-210) are an advantage
  • Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
