The Role
To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for an experienced accountant (m/f/d),
who independently structures our accounting, brings transparency to our figures and acts as an analytical sparring partner
acts for the management.
Your main tasks
As an accountant at INKUBIT:
- Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Further development and structuring of our accounting system (SKR03)
- Account reconciliation in the general ledger and subledger
- Preparation and analysis of the monthly BWA
- Management Reporting for Management and Executives
- Analysis of revenues from project business (fixed price / T&M)
- Cloud, license, and subscription revenue analysis
- Project, personnel and product-related contribution margin analyses
- Quarterly planning and budgeting support
- Implementation of target-actual analyses
- Liquidity monitoring and preparation of cash flow forecasts
- BWA- along the corporate strategy-related planning and simulations
- Financial supplier and freelancer controlling
- Analysis of cost structures and margins
- Support with tax registrations
- Preparation of documents for tax advisors and auditors
- Provisions for corporation tax and trade tax
Your profile
- Completed further training as an accountant (IHK) or comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of HGB
- Strong analytical skills and strong affinity for numbers
- Very high level of detail orientation and accuracy
- Experience with project business and service companies is an advantage
- Knowledge of cloud or SaaS revenue is a plus
- Good knowledge of controlling and business analysis
- Very good Excel skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
