The role
To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for an experienced accountant (m/f/d)
who will independently structure our accounting system, ensure transparency in our financial data, and serve as an analytical sparring partner
for the management team.
Your main tasks
As an accountant at INKUBIT:
- Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Further Development and Structuring of Our Accounting System (SKR03)
- Account reconciliation in the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
- Preparation and analysis of the monthly business analysis
- Management Reporting for Executive Management and Senior Leaders
- Analysis of Revenue from Project Business (Fixed Price / Time and Materials)
- Analysis of Cloud, License, and Subscription Revenue
- Project-, personnel-, and product-based contribution margin analyses
- Support with quarterly planning and budgeting
- Conducting target-actual analyses
- Liquidity monitoring and preparation ofcash flow forecasts
- BWA – Planning and simulations aligned with corporate strategy
- Financial Management of Suppliers and Freelancers
- Analysis of Cost Structures and Margins
- Assistance with tax returns
- Preparation of documents for tax advisors and certified public accountants
- Provisions for corporate income tax and business tax
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified accountant (IHK) or equivalent qualification
- Extensive knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Strong analytical skills and a keen aptitude for numbers
- Extremely high attention to detail and precision
- Experience in project-based business and the service industry is a plus
- Experience with cloud or SaaS revenue is a plus
- Strong knowledge of management accounting and business analysis
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Good written and spoken English skills
