Your main tasks
Your role as a (Junior) Data & AI Consultant As a (Junior) Data & AI Consultant, you will be part of our Data & AI Consulting team, helping customers make the most of Microsoft Azure and Power Platform solutions to drive their business forward. This full-time position offers a dynamic opportunity to work on innovative projects, with plenty of room for learning and professional development.
- Data analysis & visualization: Design and implementation of data models, ETL processes and dashboards with tools such as Power BI, Synapse Analytics and Data Factory.
- AI integration: Use of OpenAI APIs and Microsoft Copilot to extend data-driven solutions with AI functions.
- Development & Automation: Development of scripts and applications with Python, SQL and PowerQuery/M-Code to optimize data workflows.
- Cooperation: Collaboration on internal projects and contribution to cross-divisional initiatives.
- Customer support: Supporting customer projects by analyzing requirements and presenting customized solutions with Microsoft technologies
What we expect
Skills and experience:
- A degree or training in computer science, data analysis, business informatics or a related field.
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes and best practices for data visualization.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, DAX and C#/Java.
- Interest in working with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform products.
- Excellent communication skills in German (>C1, preferably mother tongue) and English (>B2).

Preferred skills & certificates
- Familiarity with tools such as Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
- Relevant certifications (preferred but not required): DP-203, PL-300, DP-600.
- Experience in participating in or leading projects.
- Additional certifications in Azure or Power Platform.
