Your tasks as a Senior Recruiter:
- Responsibility for the entire recruiting process, from requirements analysis to hiring, with a focus on hard-to-fill positions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
- Managing and developing a team of recruiters with the aim of ensuring successful and sustainable talent acquisition.
- Active search and approach of highly qualified IT specialists (e.g. Power BI Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant, Power Platform Consultant, Senior HR Management for Dynamics 365 Consultant) on all relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.).
- Development and maintenance of talent pools and candidate networks, especially in German-speaking countries.
- Collaboration with hiring managers and management to analyze individual personnel requirements and develop efficient recruitment strategies.
- Use of modern recruiting tools and technologies (e.g. ATS, CRM, Expandi) to optimize the recruiting process.
- Support and further development of the employer brand of INKUBIT in the IT market.
Language skills:
- English: Fluent (C1-C2 level).
- German: Advanced (B2 or higher).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting German-speaking IT specialists in a highly competitive market.
- Knowledge in the development of long-term recruitment strategies and innovative approaches to talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Key performance indicators (KPIs):
- Number of positions filled in the specified period.
- Time to fill open positions (time-to-hire).
- Quality of candidates hired, measured by long-term performance and retention.
- Satisfaction of hiring managers with the recruitment process.
- Development and productivity of the recruiting team.
