As a Senior Solution Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will deliver comprehensive solutions that combine consulting expertise and technical know-how. Your tasks will include sustainable consulting, the development of customer-specific applications and the seamless integration of Dynamics 365 CRM into the digital landscape of our customers.

Senior Solution Consultant: Your main tasks

  • Expert advice and technical support for Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
  • Development and implementation of custom applications within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Translate business processes into functional and technical specifications.
  • Ensure seamless system integration and end-user training.

What we expect

  • At least 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service or Marketing).
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Ability to create detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will have strong customer engagement skills and the ability to work closely with customers throughout the project cycle.

Senior Solution Consultant: Preferred Skills & Certificates

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business informatics, economics or related fields.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps.
  • Experience with cloud-based integration techniques and RESTful APIs.
