Long loading times, unstable data flows and a high level of dependence on IT made it difficult for the specialist departments to make well-founded decisions. The goal was therefore to build a modern, scalable data platform that meets current requirements – and at the same time lays the foundation for AI-supported analyses and future-proof processes.
