Our onboarding begins even before you start, by sending you the necessary hardware and equipment to your home. On your first day at work, you will be greeted by your onboarding buddy and then guided through the most important systems and applications. Our IT team will make sure you have an account and the right access permissions wherever you are. Your onboarding buddy, your direct manager and all colleagues will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

The working hours in your remote job are generally based on your tasks and responsibilities. You are responsible for ensuring that your tasks are completed promptly and successfully – when you want to work for them is up to you.

In a 100% remote job, there is no gossip at the coffee machine, but we do our best to be in constant contact with each other. For this purpose, we use the Microsoft Teams application and are thus in constant contact with each other. We hold our meetings with running video and sound, so we meet regularly online. In addition, we organize a large summer and winter party twice a year, to which all colleagues are invited. Meetings at the respective locations are also regularly organized by colleagues themselves and supported by INKUBIT.
